If youā€™re not online, are you out of the game?

  • World leading speakers
  • Demonstrations of the latest technologies
  • Panel debate and discussion with digital experts

Come along to our one day interactive conference to find out more about the pioneering interdisciplinary projects already underway at the University of Southampton and join the discussion about whether digital technologies will change our lives.

Technology sceptic and author Andrew Keen will provoke debate in his keynote address by predicting future developments and challenging assumptions that the Internet is always a force for good.

Southamptonā€™s Professor Dame Wendy Hall will explain how businesses and researchers can make effective use of open and big data sets through the Web Observatory.
